Suvarnaprashan

Suvarnaprashan (also spelled Swarna Prashana or Suvarna Bindu Prashan) is an Ayurvedic immunization and wellness practice primarily given to children. It's a traditional formulation that includes gold ash (Suvarna Bhasma) mixed with honey, ghee (clarified butter), and various medicinal herbs like Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, and others.
